This policy covers enokilabs.com, the website of Enoki Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Our personal finance app, Lasa, has its own privacy policy at lasa.money/privacy, which covers everything you do in Lasa. Software we build for clients is covered by our agreements with those clients.

What this website collects

• This site has no cookies, analytics, trackers, ads or third-party scripts.
• It is hosted by Cloudflare, which records standard technical information about requests (such as IP address, browser type and time) to deliver and secure the site.
• If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter. The form is delivered to us by email through Twilio SendGrid, which processes it only to send it.
• If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

How we use and share it

We use this information only to run the website and respond to you. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or combine it with other data about you. We may disclose it if the law requires.

Retention

Hosting logs are kept for Cloudflare’s standard retention period. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to help you, and delete it on request.

Your choices

To ask what we have, correct it or delete it, email privacy@lasa.money. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here and update the effective date.
